CI/DI for testing tests and endpoints

I think the best idea to prevent errors with the endpoint like the issue: #459 is to create CI/DI to run all tests. But we do not have a always on lab env. Do you have another ideals @kbreit or someone? Thank you!

I'd welcome having the integration tests run in the pipeline. But I'm not sure it's something that could easily happen. The following things would have to happen first.

• Create new account
• Create new organization
• Assign licenses and virtual devices (which are not something Meraki can really create anymore)
• Normalize variables in integration tests

The virtual devices is the hardest part.
