Change the number of reads used in the QC report to the total number of reads, not the number of reads after filtering

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the QC report takes the reads that remain after filtering (not sure if it is trichromatic or just all reads aligned) instead of actually showing the total number of reads (as the column name suggests).

Describe the solution you'd like

We would like to swap the number used in the report to the total number of reads used as input for the analysis.

Additional context

We could argue that another column could be added, named "Reads passing filter" to keep that value in the report as well.
