GMS reference-files?

For nallo/nallorefs it might be more suitable to have reference-files in a GMS-repo, then make a fork to CG.

Currently, we are using this CG repo for the reference files downloaded by nallorefs. This includes locusdb entries in the rank model which will not work for other sites.

A note has been added to the nallorefs README, but it's easy to miss:

The rank models downloaded with this pipeline currently assumes you are using a local loqusdb database. To run without this, remove the [loqusdb] entries in the rank models.
