t2d_plink_reduced.txt is not found in the files thus PRS could not be continued

The file t2d_plink_reduced.txt is prepared using https://github.com/Cloufield/GWASTutorial/blob/main/10_PRS/extract.sh and https://github.com/Cloufield/GWASTutorial/blob/main/10_PRS/extract.py.
