`format_separator` function is really needed!

--- It turns out that you can specify separator already though that the note outputs do not change as shown in the screenshot. Is this perhaps a BUG?

Thanks for the feedback. Actually, when you specify sep, it will overwirte the format_separator defined in meta info. So the actual separator was "," though the log said that format_separator was "\t" in meta info.
Sorry that the log is not clear here. I will fix it soon.
