DELETE endpoint for deleting a story from an anthology

Description: When an antholoy exists, I want to be able to delete the anthology if necessary so that I can remove it from the archive
Acceptance:

• DELETE /library/anthology/story/:storyId
• This is used to delete a specific story based on its ID
• Response: 200 with a success message, 404 if story does not exist

• enthology entity exists
