Archived Screen High Fi (Design)

Description: As a user I should be able to view all publications, see a panel to navigate between pages, and see a navigation bar to search for publications

Acceptance Criteria:

• The following should be finished and fleshed out (incorporate any client feedback)
  • Publication panels
  • Search bar
  • Individual publication page
• Create different color schemes for this screen to test potential palettes for client
  • They are looking for something more colorful and friendly
