Publication Screen High-fi (Design)

Description: As a user I should be able to view an individual publication and all of its metadata

Acceptance Criteria:

• The following should be finished and fleshed out (incorporate any client feedback)
  • Individual publication pop-up page with all metadata (title, author(s), description, tags, tabs, cover photo) and back button
  • Note: Change to only include two tabs (Details & Files)
• Should be fit to new color scheme
