Migrate from Chakra UI to Tailwind

Tailwind seems to be the more favorable front end framework we want to use instead of Chakra. Since we barely dipped our toes into the UI, we should hopefully be able to migrate the codebase to use Tailwind CSS for the rest of our work related to front end.
