Cloud Module Week 9 Topic 1: Intro to VMs

Overview of basic topic, VMs and how to set them up, resource groups. Be brief, link to external resources with this. 

The point of this week isn't really "AI" in the cloud, but how to set up VMs and harden applications in the cloud, so we'll start with a brief introduction to this topic before the hands-on bits in the next two topics.
