Theme Upgrade Suggestion #14
Description
Summary : When creating a template type, you should see a layout to choose.
Currently : When you create a layout / theme. Its just blank code.
Desired : Themes are auto-filled with a default and customizable layout. (ie. header-sidebar, header-footer-sidebar, etc)
