Can't get out of the "Install zuha" page

Can't get out of the "Install zuha" page, when I try I see:-
"Database Connection Failed. Behavior class DraftableBehavior could not be found."
One of the closed comments suggests installing the "Drafts plugin". But I can't get to the admin page.
I'm using xampp with a local domain "http://zuha"

I have the same problem.
Using the subdomain http://zuha.localhost.com

Also, I can see the whole database set up in phpmyadmin, in the "zuhacms" database, which was the name I gave to the database when trying to install the site. Is there a step I'm missing?

P.S. I'm a newbie so please pardon me if I say something stupid.
