Offline capabilities #9
Description
Acceptance Criteria:
- After initial load should be able to do everything except push to the DB
- Clicking submit when you're offline should save it and let you know that you're offline and that it saved the data and to try again later
- Set up a notification to remind them to submit when they're online
Considerations:
- Apache Cordova fn that triggers when you're online
- When using in a browser will require allowing the notifications
