Issue with translating in WPML

Someone from WPML contacted me to report that the Elementor custom widgets are not translatable with WPML.

@contactashish13 they extended our subscription for another year. You can now download the plugin.

@cristian-ungureanu can you please clarify a confusion? In the original issue https://wpml.org/forums/topic/missing-content-to-translate-in-translations-panel/ the user has highlighted Services as the untranslated string and there is no such string in https://github.com/Codeinwp/elementor-addon-widgets. This widget is from this plugin: https://github.com/Codeinwp/elementor-extra-widgets. So I believe that is the plugin that needs to become translatable first. Am I correct?

It's not about the string "Services". It's about the widget. If you add a services widget and add some content there, the content that you've added is not translatable. Probably the same for all widgets that we've made in every plugin.

@cristian-ungureanu thanks, that makes sense. I'm not familiar with WPML and how it translates. Can you provide some steps on how/where I can see the effect of my changes?

@contactashish13 it's been a while since I played with WPML. I don't know how it works for plugins and for this part with Elementor. Try to install it and check how it works. If you have any questions you can contact them directly at mercedes.b@onthegosystems.com. They respond really fast.
