Setting the root logger

For most log items we don't have the logger set and consequently the location is set as "root" (I believe this is for logs that are output through the console object).

In the interview with Tom yesterday, he said that this looks lame. That is, it looks like we wouldn't know how to set up logging :)

I suggest we change this so that it says "client" instead of "root". If you have alternative or better suggestions, please come forward.
