[UHN-MA-68] Alarm gets stuck when navigating from SnoozeScreen to UsingScreen

On iOS and Android.

• Start alarm
• Decrease timer to below 15s
• Right before being taken to SnoozeScreen, press "help now". This only happens when you see SnoozeScreen come into view right before you're redirected to UsingScreen
• Result: help request is sent, but timer gets stuck. Also, the polling requests that update responders count seem to stop
