Web UI

There should be in addition to the iOS interface, a simple web interface for monitoring, analyzing, visualizing, and analyzing backtests that is hosted on the server and runs with the same `bitbox runserver` command. This doesn't have to be very complicated at first, but it should certainly have feature parity with the iOS app.
