net install bug

hi, thanks for put "explain" up. Very usefull !!!

I tried:

. net install explain, from("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/colzoel/explain/main/src/")
file https://raw.githubusercontent.com/colzoel/explain/main/src/stata.toc not found
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/colzoel/explain/main/src/ either
  1)  is not a valid URL, or
  2)  could not be contacted, or
  3)  is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).
