Registration not happening

Describe the bug
I added 3 profile type. Each profile type has a separate unique categories plus two common categories.
Profile-1, Profile-2, Profile-3.

Profile-1 categories

• About me
• Contact & links (one mandatory field and required in registration)
• Pro-1-cat (it has fileds, year1, location1 both mandatory and required in registration)

Profile-2 categories

• About me
• Contact & links (one mandatory field and required in registration)
• Pro-2-cat (it has fileds, year2, location2 both mandatory and required in registration)

Profile-3 categories

• About me
• Contact & links (one mandatory field and required in registration)
• Pro-3-cat (it has fileds, year3, location3 both mandatory and required in registration)

when one profile is selected corresponding Profile categories are loading -- perfect
but on click register button nothing happens.
