issues with setup

I followed the directions. I tried to run and got the following error. It ran with sudo command as shown.

I am assuming this is also why I cannot get the .service to work.

I also got the following error.

As a whole, I cannot get it to run, or run without crashing.

It will run manually without issue with your default config. It will not run as the service at all.

Two things I've noticed in that config:

• HAT_PWM_ENABLED is missing
• All your double quote marks " are actually smart quotes (curly quotes) “

I've rejigged your config file as follows and it now runs on my Pi properly.

Try using this config and see if that helps. You'll need to set HAT_PWM_ENABLED to True or False based on your setup

I had to modify the code to work with the matrix adapter I have, the one you use is unavailable. These are the modifications I made, so I don't need HAT_PWM_ENABLED, as it is not supported by this adapter.

I'm sorry for the confusion. The terminal is messing up the copy and paste. It is just options.brightness = BRIGHTNESS
Yea the curly quotes I think were added by the text document. I am attaching a screenshot of the config, it's the one you sent back. It is running manually with it if I run cd /home/pi/FlightTracker
sudo env/bin/python3 flight-tracker.py

I think the fact I have to add sudo is the problem with the service but I am far from sure, I only know enough about this stuff to get me in trouble.
