Question on uncertainty

I'm confused comparing the couplings values in the table, and

e.g. ArK(892)2, for the default model in data/model-definitions.yaml has value

ArK(892)2: 1.192614 ± 0.066524 ± 1.5 ± 0.1

Mentioning the Table 8 of the paper and a supplementary material

The paper (Table 9) says

Re H_{1/2,-1} 1.19 0.13 0.85 0.05

1. Stat. uncertainty is different, 0.13 vs 0.066524- that is a consistency issue of the paper vs supplementary that gives 0.066524 (I checked)

2. The model / syst uncertainty of 1.5 0.1 are for the different coupling H_{-1/2,0}
   I wonder how the syst. uncertainty got into the json table, and if we can find traces.
