Add a neutral public-facing CLI alias alongside the legacy command #4

Summary
The repository is now published as Lesson Workflow CLI, but the command name still uses the legacy internal name.
Expected outcome
- Add a neutral alias for the CLI
- Keep the existing command working for compatibility
- Update docs to show the preferred public command name
