Track the larger work required to make the project less deployment-specific.
Possible sub-items
- configurable base URL and routes
- configurable naming and output defaults
- better separation between generic workflow logic and deployment adapters
- public-safe example fixtures
Outcome
A clearer path from single-deployment tooling to a more reusable public project.
