chore(test): remove conflicting using directive in ExampleSizerBaseTestClass
This removes the using CommunityToolkit.WinUI.Helpers; directive from the test class, as it causes a conflict with an internal helper providing the same API. Note: No related issue (Internal maintenance / Approved by Team member: @michael-hawker).
