heatmaps could be generated if have time:

• expression profile of AT2 and club unique markers (results from the heatmap generated on 2021/12/16): draw heatmap and test whether the column clustering is clear enough to separate club and AT2 cells
• heatmaps of top 50 (almost including all selected markers) instead of top 20
