Can we generate movies after the simulation stopped?

I ran the code from the branch, and it works fine for the case when we create movies automatically after the simulation ends. Question: Do we have an option to create movies after the simulation ended, but we did not select automatic movie creation? I finished a simulation, and I thought I would be able to create. move, but when I click Create Movie Now button, I get shis popup:

I am happy to close this PR and move this request to create movies directly from the simulation output directory to the next PR. Unless we already have such a feature...

I also made some tiny tweaks to the code to make sure it works on OSX

There is an option under the Setup tab to manually specify the FFMPEG executable. While there is code in place to try to find FFMPEG (which is the equivalent of which ffmpeg), there is a chance that it will not work. Try going to the Setup tab and clicking the Reset button next to the FFMPEG path. Generally, FFMPEG comes bundled with CompuCell3D Conda environments due to one of the dependencies (I think it was VTK). You should already have it installed because you have automatic movie generation working. Let me know if this helps.
