Update documentation on folders permission

There are three folders that need permission to be written by the Aurora platform (apache user):

• MEDIA_ROOT/images: used to store image files
• MEDIA_ROOT/metrics: used to store metric programs
• MEDIA_ROOT/programs: used store deployment and optimization programs

Either you can chmod them to 777 or change their ownership to www-data.
