Incorrect mysql-connector-java dependency in the build 1.9.7

Hi !

Looking at the pom.xml file, the mysql-connector-java version should be 5.1.40 the in the downloadable build (https://github.com/ConfigHubPub/ConfigHubPlatform/releases/tag/v1.9.7) the version is 5.1.37.

Maybe there are other dependencies not up to date, I did not checked.

Could you tell where is the folder template used to generate a downloadable zip which is ready to install ?

I'm looking into this, but having trouble recreating how the tars/zips were created, and pushed up. I have a release ready to go once i can figure this out. Maybe @grimwm or @edoarsla can explain the steps on how to package this. I tried out mvn package but that did not defaultly create what we wanted.

I'll load it locally. "mvn install" will build the files, but I think you need to set the version somewhere too.

@edoarsla, did you try deleting the ROOT/ directory from your tomcat deploy and letting confighub's tomcat extract ROOT.war again? In the latest build I ran locally, I saw it including mysql-connector-java-5.1.44.jar in ROOT/ and ROOT.war.

I updated the tar, but may have done it incorrectly. After looking at it, the ROOT.war should self extract when running tomee and the jars get unloaded in ./server/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib. This matches the build dependencies and makes sense. the ./server/lib directory has all sorts of other jars i'm unsure are utilized but some makes sense (like the tomcat/tomee jars). I'm unsure if tomee will generate this lib directory and it can be null or if we need to actually populate it. So in the 1.9.9 release i smashed both lib directories together and removed duplicate stale versions. Let me know if this solves your problem. I tagged 1.9.9 before the #146 bump so it should point to mysql-connector-java-5.1.40.jar since that is what we've been running for 1.5 years and i know it works. I'm sorry for the slowness, I am not a java developer nor do I have much experience in the entire toolchain so it is slow going to get up to speed on how this should work (i am still at a loss).
