[feature] Ability to reorder lists in web editor

If you need to insert a value in a list anywhere except the end, it is pretty painful, since you can't drag to reorder the list and instead have to copy down values one-at-a-time in order to insert your value somewhere in the middle. It'd be great to have the ability to drag list items to reorder them
