Changes needed for Ubuntu 18.04.3 live

To properly work on Ubuntu 18.04.3 live out of the box, one shall add:

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic main universe to /apt/sources.list

and

run on the root folder with cd /
