Connectbox V210118 draft release- new interface

Connectbox for Raspberry Pi (Pi4, Pi3B, PiZeroW, CM4) using the now latest Debian Buster Lite release. Built for pre-release on Jan 18, 2022
This new release has the enhanced web interface. It supports multi-language by folders with names that only contain the ISO language code. This is equivalent to the ISO639-2 or BCP-47 standards.
The admin interface is available at http://connectbox/admin and its password for this release is connectbox1
There are still some bugs we are working out on the interfaces and would like feedback on testing.
