Request for the implementing of new functionality on DiscoverySystem class

In order to completely finish the development of Samba and be compliant with Portal Specs we would like to request a default expose of the following functionality on DiscoverySystem:

• Returns meta information about routing table
• Write a node record to the routing table.
• Delete a Node from the routing table
• Rename lookupNode to getNode as is not a progressive search and is just getting the Node from the DHT.

While i remember, can you justify why this is required, and the timeframe?

This is required as part of having all of the JSON-RPC endpoints outlined in the Portal Specs implemented in Samba

Ideally, it would be great to have this functionality implemented by April 2025.
