Hi there,
Currently quorum wizard fails to run on arm64 (Macbook M1). The reason is due to geth version downloaded is only compatible with amd64 arch. The installation process does not detect the architecture mismatch (only OS linux/darwin).
I've created an issue in quorum repo to track a release for mac m1 compatible version.
