Context Panel jump on initial selection

I've got around 40 or 50 saved contexts so far, and there's a small issue with the panel during initial selection. I open the panel, and I have enough contexts that there's a scroll bar. If I scroll below the fold and click on any context, the entire list scrolls itself back to the top. Given that I load the context with a double click, this occasionally (if I'm not fast enough on the double click) jumps to the top of the list, and makes my second click in the double happen on another context.

If there's a way to make the context list NOT auto scroll when selecting a context, that would be wonderful.
