Local development via NPM not working

npm i
npm run dev

Environment:

• Fedora 40
• NodeJS v21.6.2

Error:

Error: Loading PostCSS Plugin failed: Cannot find module 'tailwindcss'
Require stack:
- /path/to/convoy/postcss.config.js

Expected:
Vitepress should run

Side node: NPM packages are outdated in package.json
