Crashes once I make changes in the settings

Running on Windows 10 with the latest patch, when I go to settings to change anything it will crash to desktop.

Can also confirm on Win 8.1 from a fresh retail install with latest patch.

Can confirm this still an issue, with latest patch

Fred92-max I got the same problem - when i go to settings and try change anything it will crash to desktop. I get European Version (MULTi5).
