[NFSU] magazine covers - missing lightning/reflection on PC #2

Hello,
currently on the PC version of the game there is a missing car reflection/lighting effect on the magazine covers. It works on the PS2 version of the game though.
If you check out a direct comparison, you can see what I mean:
PS2 vs PC.
Ideally the reflection of the car on the magazine should work in a similar way like on the PS2 version, which would also make them look nicer.
