I can't see sine mods even after clearing startup cache

I installed it as documented but it "installed" without any errors but when the browser started after the "clear startup cache" step, it didn't show sine mods in the settings.

Is this Linux?
If so, try running this command:
sudo chown $(whoami):$(whoami) -R ~/.zen/*/chrome/
