Sine menu not showing in Zen after seemingly successful installation (Win 11 Pro 64-bit, Zen Beta)

I've followed the Sine installation instructions and can't seem to get Sine to show in Zen browser. Can anyone assist?

Zen for Windows v1.19.3b
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

I used the Sine v2.3.0 via the Windows installer sin-win-x64.exe

The installer runs smoothly. I select Zen as my browser, it properly finds my Zen folders and profile, I hit install, it says the install is successful, but the Sine settings aren't there in Zen. And yes, I have cleared my startup cache.

I also tried doing a clean install of Zen and redoing the Sine installation.

I have no other mods in Zen, and I double-checked that my antivirus didn't interfere with the Sine installer.

Can you share the name of the profile you're selecting and the paths that the installer selects?
