Describe the bug
Enabling 'Keep pinned tabs at the top when scrolling' in SuperPins causes dragged tabs to visually disappear behind UI elements (e.g., toolbar/navbar) when moving them to the pinned section during drag operations.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable "Keep pinned tabs at the top when scrolling" in SuperPins settings.
2. Scroll the tab bar to reveal both pinned and unpinned tabs.
3. Attempt to drag an unpinned tab toward the pinned section.
4. Observe the dragged tab being partially/fully obscured by the toolbar/navbar.

Expected behavior
Dragged tabs render below the toolbar/navbar
