[Bug] Large space separating new tab button and tabs

• Not sure, Ive being testing all of them and it didn't solve the problem

Zen Version: 1.16.3b

System OS: Windows 11

Describe the bug
As the title says, when opening Zen there's an empty space between the Essentials and the new tab button. The thing is that, closing a tab, changing the config of the mod or even moving the page, solves it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just open the browser

Expected behavior
There shouldn't be a blank space

I have the same config on my laptop and it doesn't happen so often, but sometimes happens

Try updating to the latest version of SuperPins (v1.7.0) and see if it still occurs.
