Deletion of akari_file_reloc branch may have one unmerged commit regarding length of arg string #232

@nostutzer There was one commit on the akari_file_reloc branch after it had been merged into the akari branch. Please check whether this needs to be done for the akari branch too, as the akari_file_reloc branch have now been deleted
(Changed length of arg string to 1024 characters to precent 'Command line argument was truncated: ...' message from appearing)
