Loosen up Python and package versions

Hey,

we would love to use PILOT for our project, but unfortunately the restriction on the Python and package versions make it impossible to combine PILOT with other tools. As the question has already been mentioned, is there a reasons for these limitation? And is it possible to loosen the setup so that PILOT is more compatible?Since it is a good tool, it could also be helpful for other developers too.

hey,
Currently, we are using some R libraries (downstream analysis)....you could force to installation of other versions...please use git in this case for installation and also comment "rpy2>=3.5.11" in Setup file.
