i get this error when i want to install bip utils and it doesnt work (ps already tried to download visual c++ build tools but that redirects me too visual studio download)

to install bip utils you can simply go to there github page if you are having issues with pip.

download here, and then go into the directory in CMD. then type "pip install ." which will run setup.py and install bip_utils.
