Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.get a list of a thousand URL for and RSS service
2.looping the list of URLs and shorting each URL at a time
3.a RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a shortened url for each url.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
we are using the latest version on a windows server, and developing using .net
framework
