Getting motion profiling running with the closed loop example was quite the pain with it non working with the comma csv issue but also required the user to know to create a mp.csv file and place it on the cRIO in the right directory. I think you should at minimum give a sample file, like a basic S curve. It think you should also make a simple VI that will transfer csv files created to the proper directory on the roboRIO. I have made this VI and can provide it if you like but for a new user this would be quite a pain.
