[cryptobridge-ui] macOS version has bundle identifier 'org.bitshares.graphene'

this is a bug report for 'cryptobridge-ui' but i can't file it there because bugreports are disabled and there doesn't seem to be any contact information on the homepage.

cryptobridge-ui currently used the bundle identifier (CFBundleIdentifer in the Info.plist file 'org.bitshares.graphene'). this is the same one has bitshares uses, and 'stolen' from them. distinct apps need to have distinct bundle identifiers as per apple's rules and necessary if you want to prevent since like cross pollination of cache and preferences.
