Order passed // Order Book empty

Hi, 

it's second time my order pass and i wait about selling. Anyway order book on Kucoin is empty.
I check, update, generate new key, it's working.

Do you think is caused by Kucoin bot feature ? But why Order is successfully passed ?

I use Collab on Google.
