Updated to support BungeeCord 1.11 or 1.12 / Spigot 1.11.2 / 1.12

Hi, I sent a private message to get some details on where I can download and install this project.  I've got 7 worlds (x3) which I'm running under BungeeCord and Spigot on Windows 10 Pro server.
