Updating World Icon: Updated Icon Once, Never Again

Hello! I like this feature you have created. I'm afraid it isn't working for me as expected and I thought I'd let you know, even though it's a minor thing.

I have two single-player worlds; one for Survival, the other for Creative build testing. The icon for my Creative world was updated once, then never again. My Survival world icon has never updated.

I think my order of operations was as follows (assuming it's relevant):

1. Created Survival World
2. Added your mod
3. Created Creative World

The Survival icon is still the same as Day 1, and the Creative icon has only updated once since installing the mod.

I'm on MC 1.21 and Fabric 0.100.4+1.21
